#1 Water is your friend
It’s hard to overstate just how important water is. “Khloe drank three to four liters daily”, says Goglia. He advises starting off your day with a glass of water to jump start your metabolism and continuing throughout the day to regulate your metabolic temperature.
#2 A snack between breakfast and lunch, and another between lunch and dinner
Continuing to snack in between meals is an important part of keeping a healthy metabolism. As long as you're sticking to the correct macros for your body's metabolic ID, snacking will actually help you LOSE pounds.

Do not turn your cheat meal into an all day binge. It is very easy to turn one indulgence into a whole day or week of overeating.
